What should i do with golden goo?

Hi all:

I have a few grams of mostly semi-transparent goo and some with feathery muddy areas in it. This was collected from fresh chunks using loads of water and time and a little heat, a few months ago, then left in the refrigerator since then.

What is the best way to go from this sticky residue to something potent, sparkly, and pretty?

I have calcium hydroxide and a gallon of limonene.

Can I somehow proceed using the limonene? What would be the best way to continue?

yep u could use limonene..go check extraction tek from wiki..there's all the teks u need to get a good extract

Hey, thanks for the response:

I had looked at the various TEKS but didn't know if I could substitute this goo for chunks or powder. Is there a TEK that starts out with goo?

it should be the same thing man..also easier to get it out from the goo

Concentrated goo >> than massive pile of cacti powder. Can be extracted with base and nonpolar and processed, or cleaned more first by dilution, filtration, and reconcentration. :thumb_up:

i highly suggest you ingest this goo instead of extracting it because:
-it may be plenty potent
-its relatively safe
-it may be too small an amount to extract (considering effort and loss)

if you were to tinker with it a bit you might
1. dissolve it into hot (slightly acidic) water
2. let particles settle (fridge overnight)
3. decant away from sediment
4. reduce (if necessary) to a few hundred mls
5 a. re evaporate it for cleaner resin
5 b. bassify w/ concentrated soln
6 b. extract aqueous phase w/ np solv until exhuasted (~5x)
7 b. ensure d-limo is w/ out h2o by letting collected extractions sit (collecting the h2o at bottom)
8 b. run decanted d-limo through paper towel to collect h20 (for that last little bit, the water adheres ; d-limo dosent)
9 b. salt d-limo w/ acid of your choice
10 b. evaporate and or clean extracted alkaloid
