What's a good 1st time Bufo tek?

Okay. It appears that perfecting an easy all in one Bufo extraction Tek was given up on sometime ago here or I am just misinterpreting the threads. There seems to be a wide margin of success using the different teks and I can't seem to find solid information on how long the products from the teks can be stored.
Any help from those experienced in these matters would be greatly appreciated. I have taken a lot of notes and think I might be able to pull this off but I am working with a pretty ghetto lab set up and limited fundage. I really want to try the legendary pure bufo though!!! I also would like to share the experience with people who are wary of the confounding mind fuck that most of the related alkaloids produce.
Let me also take this opportunity to thank the great minds here at the nexus that paved the road to my first spice extraction and subsequent experiences. Especially Jorkest, Infindibulum, Phlux, 69Ron, and Traveller to name just a few. I owe you guys!

If one were to use this tek it seems it would be prudent to toast the final material. Would I need to add more calcium hydroxide and water at this point and approximately how much?

I would also like to use the technique outlined here: wow oh wow bufotenine success!! - Bufotenine and 5-MeO-DMT - Welcome to the DMT-Nexus to acquire the mystery bufo alkaloid but I'm somewhat confused about when I should be incorporating this step. I shouldn't be toasting the final product in calcium hydroxide for two hours should I?

I'm wondering if I should try to prepare the seeds as close to the traditional style as possible before proceeding with any of the steps in this tek. That might turn out to be a reliable way to end up with the desirable mystery alkaloid.

I'm so close!!! Just have to find the right seeds at a reasonable price and I'll be on my way shortly. I can't wait to share the outcome with all you fine folks! Thanks again Noman and everyone else who's contributed to this fine collection of educational material. Ya'll got the true spirit.

Oops, one more thing. I cover the material with tin foil when toasting right? Do I need to poke holes in the foil or wrap loosely. (Sorry, just want to get a perfect tek down before I start!)

Is the product referred to in the link above Bufotenine Carbonate?
Or Calcium Bufotenate? I'm in a bit over my head at this point, my apologies...
