If DMT phosphate is more water soluble than the other forms, it could very well extract more DMT in an A/B extraction. But who knows?I don’t think anyone has done any tests on it other than ayahuasca users claiming it works better than any other acid for brewing ayahuasca. It could be that DMT phosphate just absorbs faster when taken orally, and so ayahuasca users would notice its more potent. In general, the faster a drug absorbs, the more potent it is.SWIM has food grade phosphoric acid, but never tried it for extracting DMT in an A/B tech. He just uses citric acid because it’s safer. If you spill it on yourself, no problem. So far only positive things have been said about DMT phosphate. It would be nice if someone could do two parallel extracts, one with citric acid and another with phosphoric acid and see if its better for extraction. You’d want to do a poor extraction which would exaggerate the results (i.e., only one boil and filter, not 3-5). And you’d want to use the same batch of powdered mimosa for both tests.
