Why are my experiences so different from everyone?

My experiences happen like pictures.....Its like a slideshow every time. The hyperspace reality seems to be in a 2D form. its like taking 10 pictures on your camera of you moving slowly in each picture. Anybody else have anything similar?

Also i forgot to add this... my experiences are never "Colorful" They're always dark and could be distinguished as reality itself other than when i occasional see a demon or what i believe are aliens.

Here is one experience in short. I closed my eyes and i seen a hallway but everything was frozen. Then the "picture" changed and i was by a doorway at the end of the hallway and seen a man on a table. Next "picture" was I WAS THAT MAN, then these things were drilling on my head(the feeling was not like a "picture" though I FELT them DRILLING). The hall and doorway seemed like something from the movie HOSTEL.

The pictures are in 1st person too. Its like nothing for me happens in "real" time its so strange. its just like a slideshow on Microsoft Powerpoint lol.

Are you entirely sure you are using DMT? I also suggest you look into different ways of administration as well as increasing your dose..

I'm 100% positive, i also have one other common theme will i'm hitting it, i see something float off the carpet its a weird design once i seen the "Flower of life" design in the carpet other times this weird design i cannot describe... it just glides across the floor, no color its like having double vision. Other than that there is no lights its just strange. I'm thinking some brains just work different but idk i'll try uping the dose but the current dose i'm at seems very intense. I dose from 30-40 MG from my GVG.

And in my experiences after having an extremely powerful experiences with higher does I would never even go back to 25mg. There is no sense in diving into the first layer of hyperspace for me at least. I need to go far.

While that may be the case for you, that is not necessarily sound advice for a newcomer. Suggesting that someone simply jump right in is a recipe for disaster. Almost every experienced traveler on The Nexus will suggest starting low (sometimes as low as 5 mg) and working your way up.

You have your entire life to explore the depths of hyperspace, and sometimes low-dose trips can be therapeutic as well.
Have ever ever tried smoking a sub-breakthrough dose out in nature, with your eyes open? Or used it as an aid for meditation? Both of of those can be powerful and beautiful in their own right.

As for the OP -- try Ayahuasca, see if that has the same effect. I've never heard of anyone having an experience like yours.

I want to try Ayahuasca but making anything using Syrian rue or any MAOI kind of scares me because i don't want to overdose. I don't have any knowledge on dosing.

Just do some simple searching around the forums/wiki for information on dosing aya or rue, all the info is easy to obtain. It pays off to do your homework on this stuff and its well worth it

In regards to the smoked dmt, what is your smoking method like? How long are you holding in your hits? Are you sure your getting it all in, and quickly?

As for dosing just go with the flow and what your gut tells you. Some should start low but some do get really put off by lower doses on their first few times around, and for them it might be best to just jump right in. But of course both low and higher doses each have a lot of usefulness and its sort of silly to totally disregard one over the other

Your experience does sound sort of odd but remember it can evolve and change overtime tremendously, and remember things like ayahuasca are generally more conducive to getting more integrative work out of this state. You may also want to look into changa because harmalas do expand it in very interesting and often beneficial ways.

Well i hold my hits from 10-20 seconds, i hold it as long as i possibly can basically . I'm currently using the GVG. Sometimes while im doing it though i have to take a 5-10 second break before the next hit because the head high can be so intense its like a shotgun blast to the head. I think that might be partially why but i have no idea.

Thank goodness so i just have a high threshold... ill pack more later. I was wondering why it seemed so weird. Why am i more tolerant to the drug than most when i haven't done it much in my life?

I'm not complaining though the photo reality experiences are still intense and it looks real very real. My experiences though have all been dark very very dark.

I wouldn't increase the dose or you may well get 1 hell of a shock, 30-40mg is a solid dose and I don't think your failure is to do with your tolerance, I think it is to do with your smoalking technique.

You need to be clearing it all in a single hit for maximum effect, have you read the GVG thread?

that seems impossible..and i even have pretty big lungs.. i suck slowly from my gvg i wouldnt be able to clear it in one hit....

DO i have to use a torch lighter? I have one but it kinda sucks.

clearing your GVG is definitely doable and that's where it comes into it own, brutal efficiency requires a bit of practice.

Look into getting a decent torch, I find it makes a huge difference and it will probably allow you to clear your dose in 1 hit.

what are you using to put your DMT on inside your GVG, screens/scrubber/ceramic filter?

I was trying to load up 150mg thinking it was 15g
I was only able to loads up about 100mg at a time but did about 300mg in about 2 hours.
I had a breakthrough that really hurt my head and was uncomfortable but at one point i met a grey alien, this was the only relaxing part of the trip.
Point being, this dude was 2D, flat as a pancake..
He didnt move either, i read some where that others have seen 2D aliens.
I think if your trips are different to the standard then your lucky.

EXACTLY but if they move its like changing in a picture slide. Everything is 2D when i close my eyes if i do enough and the OEV only thing i've seen the walls vibrate and i get double vision then i ALWAYS see shapes in the ground that glide but they have no color its just like double vision.

I once had a pharma experience where toward the end of a nearly 7 hour long experience, for over an hour I just saw one random image after another in rapid succession (each full-color 3D image lasting for about 1 second). Random imagery: A deer, a pencil, car keys, an oak leaf, a glass of orange juice, a baseball, a shoe, a cat, etc. etc. for over an hour. It was exhausting.

With the GVG and proper technique, it’s not difficult at all to inhale a 25-30mg dose in a single breath. 30mg inhaled mostly in a span of about 2 or 3 seconds will take you very far.

Also, it’s a misconception that higher and higher doses lead to deeper and deeper experiences. This is simply not true in my experience. Once a door is open wide enough, you can walk in.

Try and decrease the amount of time you take between each hit. I can relate in wanting to take that pause and for good reason, but you have a very limited window in which to inhale the DMT, and by skewing it with padded time in between hits can lead to not-so-ideal experiences.

Do you have to use a torch lighter? No. There are a bunch here who prefer to use their bics....however having said that, since you do seem to be having trouble administering it properly, I would recommend the torch lighter. Part of the advantage of the torch lighter is that it helps you fit into the limited time window more easily (and nicer on the lungs) because you can heat and vaporize the DMT much quicker so you're not spending a good deal of your inhale on pulling hot air through so you can melt and vaporize the DMT. A torch lighter also has no risk of depositing soot on your ceramic filter which can also impede the process by reducing the amount of hot air that can be sucked through the filter, and likewise makes it harder to pull the DMT vapor into your lungs. If you have one that sucks, it's time for a new one. It can be a tricky and trying process in acquiring a good, reliable torch lighter that's not gonna sporadically die on you, or give you issues or whatnot. The Arc is a real good way to go, but it can be difficult to acquire in the States. When my Arc did finally break, I got another torch from the local smoke shop that I believe is called "The Vector" that has just a good a flame as the Arc and is even more reliable for me. I had to go through like 7 or 8 torches till I found "the one" but oh man was it worth it. It completely revolutionized the way I can approach the experience. I started out with some pretty horrendous technique with the GVG, and with each tiny step along the way of remedying one matter or another, it would made my access to hyperspace exponentially easier.

thanks global, gibran and everyone else. I am currently using a standard bic lighter but even if i inhale slowly through the GVG gets very cloudy and i get a full hit in(can't inhale anymore)...but if i continue there is still more in the GVG. Thats why i don't understand how people are clearing full doses in one hit. Is this possible with a bic to clear an entire dose in one hit?

I`d suggest trying DMT with harmalas as an alternative before considering DMT to be, not for you.
It really is a different experience imo, and almost exclusively how I dose DMT.
