Will a DMT snuff be affected by Oral MAOI (rue) ??

Had two questions

1. If SWIM takes 1 g of Rue (simple water based infusion) and 20 minutes later a DMT snuff ('rajpe' or 'hape' made by the Huni Kwin tribe - greenish in color), will the MAOI potentiate the DMT?
Or will the MAOI have no affect?


2. Does a DMT snuff have cross-tolerance with Mushrooms?
Planning a great mushroom journey next weekend, so don't want to mess it up with having higher tolerance.

Yes it will. I've used dmt-acetate intranasally with a harmala manske extract absorbed sub-lingually and it produced great effects.

If you drink the rue I'm not sure if the effect will be weaker, especially if only using 1g.

Are you sure there is DMT in the hape you have? All the hape i've used was just a mixture of herbs and tobbaco. Cohoba, Yopo and Vilva are the only DMT snuffs i am familiar with.

Is the expansion in consciousness from the hape then must be tobacco related, and not DMT.
I don't think a oral maoi will have any effect on the hape's herb and tobacco??? what do you think

yes it will synergize with it..not sure if what you have contains any DMT though..

No it will not cause psilocin cross tolerance.

Ya, my guess is that the buzz you are feeling from the hape is the tobacco. It produces a nice buzz in my experience, but is far from DMT in effect. Hape on ayahuasca is great, tobacco has an MAOI effect of its own if i remember correctly, which is probably why it makes a great mix and can help push the aya experience on. So combining rue with hape on its own might make the buzz last longer also.

i know you have tried snuffs for a long time.
Did you experience the hape snuff (mine's green, i think the feminine kind) giving clarity?

I love psilocybin because of all the clarity i get : mental, emotional, spiritual

I can try the hape snuff, but don't want to fog myself up.
