Working with the Goo

I have some goo from 1st acrb extraction that is extremely sticky & difficult working with. Does anyone know a sound procedure to make changa from this goo and 99% IPA?

And also, what is the best way you guys are finding to transfer the sticky goo on or into something? Does it work to heat metal that has goo on it so the goo drips off, or would this damage the alkaloids?

Thanks! :D

What do you mean procedure to make changa? Just dissolve the goo in solvent, add herbs, mix, and allow to evaporate.

As for transferring the goo, that is somewhat difficult. I ended up scraping with a razor blade, then what I couldn't get off the blade with a bobby pin I just submerged the razor in the solvent I was using to make the changa :) The solvent should clean the residual goo off whatever metal it's stuck to.

It was difficult to know exactly how much goo I had deposited onto the leaf until after evaporation though. Still, this changa is the best batch I've made so far. Gotta love the goo!

Thanks guys I will check into this. Is heated solvent needed to dissolve the goo, or just leave it in the IPA for some time? Can't really see being able to "stir" it in - too sticky. Guess I will play around a bit & see what happens.

Anyone else notice the goo seems like it has longer onset than spice before the tolerance sets in? Very powerful, this stuff is no joke!

rrunner iirc jungle dmt (the red gunk leftover after supposedly seperate it from the "pure" dmt) is 95% dmt (so sayeth endlessness).

so a mix of dmt and jungle dmt would be almost entirely dmt.

as far as handling goo: i always dissolve it in a solution, which i either re-evap in the storage container, or i use to infuse herbs (i typically use water, but i also have jim-jam acetate which is water soluble - i have used water on fb harmalas, which are insoluble, but an insoluble gunk may be more difficult). i highly recommend this over heating your alkaloids and hoping you don't vape any.

heat is not needed to make changa if you intend on using a non-polar solvent (such as IPA).

basically you add your dmt-saturated solution into a shotglass of herbs, the herbs absorb some of the solution, and then are dried.

this infuses the herbs with your tryptamines (harmalas can be added to make it into changa - as well as some caapi 11x)
