I could do with getting back on the Vit D, I work in a place without natural light, but it seems to do weird things to my guts so I've been laying off the D.Vitamin D is quite important if you live in a cold climate. If I had started taking it sooner, my body would be in better shape today. Ime, conditioning is undervalued for medicine users. If you have a healthy cardiovascular system, medicine sessions go much smoother.
