Yopo seed germination failure... Is the bufo still there??

Hi!! nexians i got some yopo seeds!
so i put some anadenanthera spp seeds to germinate and many rotted and i got many is a seedlings too!!! i put it with a soy bean too for inoculant

but mi pregunta es

Is the bufo still there in the rotten seeds?? theoretically could i get many rotten seed dry them and make a successful extraction??
