10mg breakthrough possible???

Judging by the many reports I have read over the years, as well as personal experience, I would wage and say that the answer is no.
Maybe if you were already on a high dose of ayahuasca it could get you totally immersed, but a "breakthrough" experience generally occurs in higher dosage ranges than this...

I've gotten to the point where I can get pretty far out on 10mg. It takes me around 15mg to breakthrough if I get a really good rip. I would actually wager that it would be possible to breakthrough on 10mg if you take into account that completely unpredictable factor of the whole experience (that pretty much can cause any number of unexpected scenarios for unexpected and inexplicable reasons) coupled with a high sensitivity, good set/setting and good vaping technique.
I would say that when used in conjunction with a high enough dose of harmalas (and depending on the physical/mental/emotional makeup of the user in question) it's probably possible.
Keep in mind that the term "breakthrough" is only a subjective linguistic representation for what we experience, and it likely means different things to different people. There are a myriad of factors involved that will either allow or deny one access to that space (i.e. technique, set/setting, etc.), but for moi, it really comes down to a dose dependent response (meaning with all other things being equal, a perfectly vaporized 10mgs will provide one level of experience, 20mgs will provide another, and so on and so on and so on). I've yet to find a ceiling (or bottom, depending on how you look at it...), but for me (sans harmalas), it takes something around 35-40mgs to achieve complete ego loss - which is usually what I think of as breaking through.

Possible, but unlikely. I can breakthrough anywhere from 15-25, anything above that is too much for me.

my first (and only) experience with DMT was 10mg, but i couldn't smoke it all before everything became too much, the next thing i know i'm dead but can't remember who died or who i was, i could hear myself crying but kept asking "who's crying?" blasting through space toward this ancient shapeshifter that i never quite get any closer to. i remember my friend finishing off the rest after i woke up so i'm not sure how much i actually smoked, but i'm a lightweight with everything. not gonna complain :thumb_up:
