My friend's guinea pig is looking for DMT trip, the one that gets him to talk to these leprechauns, because he thinks he might have some business with them. The question is: are chemicals such as 4-AcO-DMT and 5-MeO-DMT good choice in hope of spiritual experience? Or, should N,N-DMT be used instead?

expectations are a setup for a bad experience.
that being said, out of the three, they're all fine. For an inexperienced user I would avoid 5meo dmt on account of the danger in properly weighting such a small amount.
