5th...insufflation...100mg (oops)

Realized I made a fairly large miscalculation but better to look the fool and post accurately, than leave misinformation lying around from my earlier post...

I've been reading more about the insufflation thing...other folks experiences, dosage etc and kept wondering how I could have gone so far out there with such a small amount (what I figured was between 10-20mg). Well somehow my subconscious must have put it together because I woke up last night around 3 and it hit me...I was using a .1x scale and figuring that as long it didn't flip from 0.0 to 0.1, I was safely in the <10mg range. I know I am not an idiot (I feel like one but I'm not), and I am fairly meticulous in my approach most of the time...I just had a brain fart I guess.

As to the actual dosage, I just weighed up 100mg of the same fluffy white re-x stuff and an reasonable guess is that I took just under 100mg...way more than I meant to ...definitely more than necessary. In the end it was a good experience but I will certainly go more carefully in the future...(although I may try with a similar amount when I feel ready as it was a blast).

100mg is basically the insufflation standard for going a good distance into hyperspace.

Half of that will not be nearly as intense. All depends on what you want to do with it.

You say you mix it with water?.. I've never done that. When I insuffulate it it's usually about 30-40mg dry freebase, followed shortly after(only a few seconds) by a 20-30mg vape with the gvg. I've done this a few times now and must say it is quite a pleasant trip for me. I've never even thought about bumping a whole 100mg.. Always a first time I guess.

Come back when you've done 7 large yopo seeds with Calcium Hydroxide, the pain... However when it kicks in you'll forget all about the pain, I guess DMT freebase is quite like that, but sure it's still really bad for your sinuses.

Personally I had to drop my yopo use because of the side effects, really bad vasoconstriction that made my face turn blue/purple and my sinuses would bleed for days after use, but it was a hell of an experience I'll probably never forget my breakthroughs on yopo

Costal...I didn't mix with water although I am curious to try the nasal spray method I have seen discussed in a couple other threads. Sounds like the coconut milk version may be the best. As to pain...I find the sensation to be more irritation than pain. It did last a bit longer (the sinus irritation) than other substancees I have taken on board via mucus membrane, but by the next morning it was fine. Not sure if it makes a difference but this was my first recrystalization which was so white and fluffy that I didn't need to "chop" as I have substances in the past. Perhaps the refined crystals burn less, although I somehow doubt it.

With a history involving the ocasional insufflation, the burn just reminds me that I'm about to have a good time...Yeah I'm sure it is not great for the sinusues but at least I know there's no powdered glass or god knows what else in there...and by weight and volume the dose is so much smaller than other insulffated substances that I thinks it's worth it ocasionally.

Anyone with fumerate experience? Maybe that burns less...I've read a quite a few threads on insufflation but don't recall seeing a good answer for that one.

The fumarate does'nt burn IMO. It does have a peculiar irritation in the area of your throat where you get the drip. I'm not too impressed with innsfulation altogether. Perhaps I'll try it again after I get an MAOI.
