Until someone runs some serious analysis on the material from the technique it is unknown exactly what is in there.

There is a plant analysis thread somewhere in the forum, as far as I recall, Anadenanthera's major alkaloid is bufotenine and others are mainly residuals... From that info, and if the extraction tek is as efficient as it seems yielding >1%, it is most likely that bufotenine will be the most abundant alkaloid, like way above 90%. There may be issues with 5meo not dropping out of solution when FASA is done (other chem experts may comment on this).

Real yopo is toasted as part of the preparation, which I assume would take care of any trace 5meo?

Either way I have personally not found a strain of peregrina or colubrina that produces an experience that resembles 5-MeO-DMT. I am familiar with the synthetic molecule from tiny doses up to about 8mg.

If it is in there which it could be, it’s so minimal and any benefit from it was overpowered by the Bufotenine…both its visionary powers as well as its uncomfortable side effects.

it really feels opposed to the 5 state in that it’s highly visionary but not so much a mental psychedelic, no real softening of the ego and less extatic. More of a real hallucinogen when you take enough, in my experience.

I’d love for a real meo strain to be available.
