Cool thanks, I'll give it a go thenRoot bark is generally considered higher in concentration of dmt. However, phyllodes are just the extension of the bark itself, they're not actually a leaf therefore are quite high yielding too. Phyllodes are far more sustainable so that would be my reccomendation due to sustainability. The yeild will not let you down and is generally fairly similar but lower.
Both are just as good for extraction, no changes need to be made between the two. You may get a little emulsion issues when working with acuminata but this is easily rectified. Acuminata can be a bit finicky to get a good yield but once you learn a few tricks with it, it's quite easy to get a good percentage.

How did you go with the AA phyllodes? Yields/issues curious to know
I haven't got any yet, I will post when i try itHow did you go with the AA phyllodes? Yields/issues curious to know

200g powdered, 3x freeze/thaw cycles, final thaw put through blender prior to boil, 2x 1.5hr boils @ 50°C using slow cooker with phosfouric pH 4, both boils were basified and pulled separately with ShelliteHow many grams of phyllodes did you use? Were they powdered up? How many times did you do an acidic boil of the phyllodes? What was your NPS?
(So far, I had one hit, and one miss using phyllodes. They have to come from an "active" tree.)
Have you been able to try root bark from the same plant/s?200g powdered, 3x freeze/thaw cycles, final thaw put through blender prior to boil, 2x 1.5hr boils @ 50°C using slow cooker with phosfouric pH 4, both boils were basified and pulled separately with Shellite
