Accidently dumped water in while stirring solvent!

I was working Q21q21's tek and I was stirring my naptha when the glass bowl fell into the hot water bath. So I poured out the water/solvent into another bowl. It's very very dirty. I let it sit out assuming most of the naptha would evap and I'm about to put the rest in the oven, hoping the water will boil out and leave the spice/mud in. Then I will pull it again. Is this how I should be going about this accident/experiment?

Use your seperating method on the water. It will go to the bottom

You could also do an epsom salt wash. Put epsom salt in a microwave safe dish and nuke it for about 5-10 min this makes it anhydrous magnesium sulfate. Be very care ful it will be really hot (use oven mit) and break it into chunks and powder with something hard. Swim doesnt measure just throws in what he thinks is enough to soak up the water. Shake it really good and pour thru a coffee filter. Anhydrous magnesium sulfate is hygroscopic (readily absorbs water from the air) so all your water will be absorbed back into the salt. Your now ready to complete your tek.
