It appears to be related to exporting 1cP-LSD to the US. I'm surprised it took this long for him to find himself in trouble, honestly. I think he did a pretty good job exploiting legal loopholes (loopholes in theory not existing in the US due to the analogues act) but, barring a change in the legal status of LSD itself, something like this was bound to happen sooner or later.
