I've been struggling with alcohol for a while. Thing is I never really wanted to drink but ended up doing it a lot. It soothed my anxiety and such, but it also caused a bunch of more anxietyu and made a mess of my life....
This audiobook is praised a lot in the community so i've decided to give it a shot. The guy is also very good with the stop smoking book of his.
If anyone wants to quit drinking, please give it a shot, I've uploaded a very basic version of the audiofile but this youtube link has the whole thing :

I know this is "illegal" but this is something that people might need. No way in hell could I pay for it, (heck, I have like 2000 liters of alcohol here, so don't worry destruction is free) but it helped me so much i think its worth to have it on the forums free of charge.
