Alternative Brands for Naptha ?

Hello Experts,

I am trying find the right tek and i looked for vm & p naptha couldnt find it. so i tried to find alternative and the closest is "Ronson 12 Ounce Ronsonol Lighter Fuel". kindly follow the below link:

So let me know if this product can be used to extract dmt. if yes then which tek is good to follow up with this product. i have root bark mimosa hostilis. Thanks

always do an evaporation test to be sure.
you can do this by evaporating a small amount from a glass dish or something similar. if there is residue remaining after the naphtha has evaporated then it is either dirty or, like me when i was first looking for naphtha, it is lifted residue from the cleaning chemicals used to clean the dish

Yes that brand works. Here's a few past threads concerning it:

- Does lighter fluid work?(ronsol, zippo, etc).
- ronsonol lighter fluid?
- ronsonol new MSDS

Also the MSDS comes up clean.

Although as Pedro said, it's always a good idea to do an evaporation test on a clean pyrex dish just to be certain.
