Am I doing something wrong?

I took 2 hits of DMT from my recent extraction in my VGV.

I took a big hit and my throat felt so weird after.

But I didn't see anything, all I felt was a big body buzz?

What am I doing wrong, why can't I see anything?

How do you extract, from what are you extracting?
My guess would be that. 1) You did not get any dmt with it and the buzz was placebo. 2) You got very little dmt but some other stuff and therefore no visuals.
How is your smoke technique?

I really felt really fucked up and I closed my eyes and I saw little effects.


I put 2 smoke screens in at the bottom with the normal smoke screen, put the dmt in, then put 2 more smoke screens on the top

Did you hold the vapor in for a long time? Was there a lot of smoke/vapor released on the exhale?

I´m not familiar with the gvg and dont know how many screens you can fit in it but I would guess that the spice melted through the screens before you got enough. Just a guess.
Or maybe you did not take enough spice.

I tried holding it in but I exhaled when I coughed. And I think it was I sucked to hard and held the lighter way to close.

I think you burned almost all your spice and you need more than 4 screens. Use copper mesh its the best. Read this

If it's the GVG, the lighter can't get too close. Also, you don't need any screens on top of the DMT. The carbide pad will prevent the flame from getting to the spice.

funny, swim had the same issue. it wasnt the technique either. what color was the spice? swim had been striving for pure white spice but was only getting brown or tan spice. the brown was awseome and he thought it would be even more of a pure experience with purer product.

finally he harvested pure white pristine spice on the first pull of a fresh batch. swim was expecting a equal or better experience but was dissapointed. his experience mimicked yours. light visuals and a decent buzz but nothing like the same amount of brown/jungle. swim has increased dosage and found things get better with higher dose but still hasnt been able the attain the intensity of the brown/jungle.

i have read debates on brown being better thn white and the senior members here suggest that it is all in your head and that brown is not neccessarily better but more than likely due to some mystery alkaloid. i beg to differ. the brown spice is the same experience but more intense for swim. and this is not his mind playing tricks because he was convinced white would be better. swim has tested multiple times and any tint of brown yields a superior experience.... for him.
