Hey guys, let me start by sharing that ive loved reading through this forum and discovering its useful information and thought provoking posts and figured i would finally introduce myself. I've been having pretty intense lucid dreams for a few good years now and have gained more and more control over myself noticing I'm dreaming and having the control of the reality around me. I'm not quite sure if its my unorthodox work/sleep schedule thats giving me more often lucid experiences or the fact that I've been dipping my toes into spices otherworldly realms for over a few weeks now(pretty sparingly two or three times a week) but I'm loving the whole jounery. Thanks for the add to the community guys 😁 oh and another random thought... I suggest listening to Emancipator's song "vision quest" through high quality headphones when traveling... Gets me every time to that place I love 😊

Have you noticed a sense of "tiredness" after long bouts of lucid dreaming? I played around with lucid dreaming for a bit at university, but I had to stop due to exhaustion. I'd spend a solid 30-45 minutes in sleep paralysis before initiating an actual sleep cycle, and when I woke up, I'd notice I was more exhausted than when I laid my head on the pillow. Which in turn made me take more naps, which in turn led to more sleep paralysis. Just be careful, keep your mental health in mind. Sometimes it's better to just let your subconscious manifest in the dream realm and take control for a bit.

P.s. - I saw Emancipator w/ his violinist live a few weeks ago - what a sublime experience. His music has the tendency to bring you to the edge of tears while turning your body into a vessel, ebbing and flowing with the groove of the underlying rhythm. I now know why Nujabes signed him on to his record label and re-released his first album
