Amount of powder?

Ok so SWIM is going to be using lazyman's tek. SWIM is following the exact procedure here Lazyman's tek - DMT-Nexus Wiki ......It says to use 454 grams of mimosa bark root. Now all SWIM has is the powder. I was wondering what amount of powder to use?

dude, if this is your first extraction use 50gr. If you're feeling confident do 100gr. What we don't want to hear from you next is:

I've just done an extraction with 1lb of MHRB and I have just defatted my base soup. I discarded the solvent layer, can't wait to see what I pull after I..... oh shit!
