anyone have any experience with methylone?

my friend was telling me about him doing it and said it was VERY pleasant. called it "molly without the magic".

he said it's standard dose for molly, take it by the 10ths. average total dose around 200-300mg. that night, he said he ended up taking 500mg.

felt the first dose within 20 minutes (just that slight altered feeling). started rocking at nearly an hour so he took the 2nd dose. afterwards, he took a 10th every 45 minutes to an hour. empathy. all senses were heightened. that feeling of pure love. even CEV.

he said of course it ate away at his jaw but that was to be expected.

Methylone, also known as "M1", 3,4-methylenedioxy-N-methylcathinone, bk-MDMA, and in the UK as Arlone, is an entactogen and stimulant of the phenethylamine, amphetamine, and cathinone classes. It was originally patented by Peyton Jacob and Alexander Shulgin in 1996 as an antidepressant.[1] The more intuitive abbreviation MDMC unfortunately can not be used for this chemical, since it had already been given to another earlier Shulgin creation, 3,4-ethylenedioxymethamphetamine. Methylone is a close structural analogue of MDMA, differing by the addition of a β-ketone group.[2]

just wondering if any of you all had any experience. also wanted to share his experience with y'all. boy oh boy...my friend sure does get to have a lot of fun. sometimes i wish i were him...

for me it only feels like mdxx class of drugs with constant redosing. so having it weighed out in 10ths like you said would be the way to go. you'd want to do this beforehand so you don't spend the whole trip fucking w a scale. and esp when having to do this also for friends. taking the dose all at once wasn't nearly as nice. that could also lend to people being more fiendish and trying to chase that high by taking more and more. imo i'd only stick with the mdxx class of drugs. 6-apb looks interesting and may have potential. but imo all the popular research chemical mdma alternatives have been pretty shitty in comparison to the real thing.

:shock: Ate away his jaw?!?!! That sounds rather scary. Additionally, given the relative lack of studies on this substance, such a high dose seems to be somewhat irresponsible. I have no experience with RC's, but presenting/encouraging such action seems rather irresponsible to me and does not jive with the Nexus stance on spreading harm reduction.
