These substances weren't studied well until more recently which you are well aware of. You have no long term evidence just like me.

There's quite a number of studies on lsd and psilocybin, especially in the 50s and 60s we've just lost 60 odd years of data due to the UN getting every country to class these substances as illegal.

On the topic of dangerous substance would you like mountains of evidence on negative healthy effects of the studies conducted on say sugar or high fat diets (or trans fats and saturated fats), ultra processed foods, maybe air pollution, micro plastics basically everything you interact with on a daily basis?

Regarding tobacco, those studies were on control groups that are vastly different than my daily lifestyle. I tend to void most "medical science" since changing many variables will likely lead to drastically different results.
