Awfully simple technique

Hello fellow pychonauts.

Swim is in the process of doing their first extraction and so they have been doing a little research.
This place is a great place to exchange info, but swim came across this technique which seems 10times easier than any of the others he has seen on here.

Swim was wondering if anyone else has come across/used this technique and how it compared with the others.

The ingredients needed are much fewer that other teks.

It's a pretty standard STB.
Doesn't use enough lye in my opinion.

This is kind of what most people are doing. Some might add some extra steps for purifying or to get more out of the extraction but like Noman said it's just a basic STB tek.
