so swim spilled a bit of some very concentrated aya.... 
swim would never let some precious medicine get wasted, so gathered as much as possible in a glass container... now he has about 50 ml of aya he wont drink, so why not try an extraction with it?
is it possible to pull both harmalas and dmt?
swim was thinking about an a/b tek, with vinegar, and from what i know the ph to pull harmalas is lower than for dmt, so would it work adding first sodium carbonate to get the harmalas out, and then lye for the dmt?
