Aya prep majority vote

To find all the knowledge in the world...you just
Good afternoon learned members :)

I am not sure whether there is a "simple answer" to this question but here we go.

SWIM had his first ever aya journey in late July and used the following ingredients;
50grams of shredded yellow caapi bark
25grams of P Vardis
25grams of Chacruna

To which they slowly reduced down over 3 stages throughout the day, of course summoning all the good energy as they were doing it, taking the total preparation and reduction time to around 9 hours.
They result was them drinking 2 large cups, having an amazing journey that lasted 3.5 hours and still having enough for a second trip after that (that report he will not share as he was a bloody idiot :D)

My not so easy question is...trying to stay traditional as much as possible, in your learned views what would be the best way for SWIM to make the process shorter whilst getting the same result?
The reason I ask this is because SWIM has noticed many many different options but wondered whether there was a stand out one, or a preferred method by the majority.

Thank you in advance

Hi Orion
Sorry, just looked again and it was vardis,cabreran and caapi..
The vardis and cab are in dried leaf form and the caapi in shredded form... Would the 3x30 min work in these forms?
The reason why I'm asking is obviously simmering for 9 hour with vinegar makes the house smell a bit but I don't want to sacrifice potency for convenience.
Thanks for your reply
