B. Caapi tea

Hello all, I was wondering how would I go about preparing Caapi Tea by itself.

I know with Aya, the MHRB needs to be prepared a bit longer. But how long would one need to do it for the Caapi itself, a real small dosage maybe about 10grams

brew it 3 hours 3 times each boil with fresh water each time. filter/combine all the water brews and reduce it down to a shot. Viola!

Is that really necessary for only 10 grams though?

Yes, yes it is! You have to boil it three times because otherwise there will still be active ingredient left in the vine. You boil three times to make sure all of it goes into the water. Imagine it like making tea from the same leaves three times: You're trying to get ALL the tea flavor out of the tea leaves. If you only do it from 10 grams it is that much more neccesary.

But if you have a lot of vine can't you just use 20gr. and boil once?
