Blue-ish DMT

Swims last extraction followed q21q21's white fluffy funfest extraction w/ a little alteration on some things like: more lime bc mixture was too wet, and instead of a bath from boiling water it used hot water bath via bathroom sink

After freeze precipitation for 12+ hours at a time, Swim was left with blue-ish colored DMT crystals. At first swim thought maybe he messed up or the naphtha was somehow contaminated, buy after reviewing his steps he couldn't come up with the culprit. They were in fact DMT crystals. So swim tested his new blue crystals by measuring ~30mg and placing in his CVG. Now for the crazy part! Swims experience is more intense than any other DMT fb experience from the normal white/tan crystals! He then had his friend (who has smoked swim's white/tan DMT in the past) try some of his new blue crystals, and his friend agreed that it was more intense experience than before. So what did Swim discover? Has anyone else received blue DMT from an A/B extraction? Id like to hear your thoughts on this!

Try evaporating a bit of your naphtha and make sure it is clean

this was some time ago, all the blue stuff has been smoked lol. Thanks for the heads up tho. I made sure there was no naphtha left it evap'd for quite a few hours before i tested. The solvent was unchanged from the extractions previously that yielded white/tan crystals. Swim was just surprised that the effects were more intense.

Please take great care in assuming that your blue DMT was better because of the blue contaminant! I have run the q21q21 tek many times and NEVER had blue spice as a result. This should not happen. You likely managed to crash something out of the naptha, or picked up something nasty along the way.

On the increased potency:
q21q21's tek is very easy, and will produce superior results even if done fairly sloppily, and without recrystallization for increased purity. I have been told many times that my unwashed q21q21 tek freebase was much stronger than the DMT others have previously used, even experienced users! This is due not to any mysterious blue substance that can appear, but rather that much of the DMT commonly circulated is a goopy or thick powdery orange/tan substance that is simply not as good (contrasted with the sugary, sparkley white freebase we get). This is usually a result of lazy people and STB teks that aren't as fool-proof as the one you used. The crystals produced, even when chopped up, are much fluffier than most and smoke much better which allows for more effective hits.

Don't smoalk the blue stuff! I've smoalked plenty of DMT extracted the same way, but I'd never smoalk the blue stuff!

Even if you evaped your naphta thoroughly there may be additives that were left behind, try to evap some fresh naphta to make sure it's pure.

Also, did you freeze precip ? What about last time (when you got white/tan crystals) ?

Did you use jugs that had blue plastic parts (the lid for instance) ?

never heard of such a thing, should of captured some photos, and it probably was not fully safe to try that blue stuff i would also ask about it before you smoaked it not after. please use responsibly and travel safe

The first time I tried to pull DMT it was an excrement tek and I got nothing.

The second time it was a decent tek but I used Coleman's and got light blue DMT. It was beautiful but scary looking. tbh I filed that in the garbage.

The third time I used Noman's tek and VM&P nahptha - and got fluffy bright white crystals that looked to my eye like laundry detergent.

It was worth the wait and effort to do it right.

I hope you understand how bad it was to have actually tried some blue dmt... Just because it felt potent and you didnt feel anything wrong, doesnt mean you didnt seriously put your health on the line there.

Blue = no good! It is certainly not coming from the plant, so it must be coming from your chemicals (probably solvent), meaning you are ingesting some possibly nasty industrial impurity. Next time, be sure to treat your body with the respect it deserves and extract with clean chemicals.

You may be right it was Coleman's, however I was sure it was the same fuel I used in the past that gave me light fluffy white/tan crystals. It was Coleman's also. Oh well, thanks for the heads up. I don't plan on smoking it again, I was just curious that's all.

If you want to be purty damn sure and don't mind wasting the spice, just lob a bit in a spoon and vaporize it like a crackhead. Apply minimal, constant heat and let it all vaporize away. Don't let it burn (it will vibrate the spoon and make boiling sounds if if does) and remove the heat just before the last of the liquid is gone.

Your spoon should be absolutely clean, no smudges or films... exactly the same as it looked/smelled/felt before you put DMT in there (minus the brown bottom of course). When people ask me to dose them, I do this in front of their face so that they and I know that what they're about to smoke is pure (it helps ease anxiety).

This is by no means foolproof, as some contaminants may be vaporized away with the spice... but it's a pretty good field test. I've done this to compare others' samples to my own... slightly yellow spice leaves a bit of film, dirtier spice leaves chunks. This works just fine with honeyspice (though some jimjam will always leave little granules).

Health is wealth! Respect yourself, your spice and your journey... and you'll get it all back right after you take that hit!
