TEK DMT Indigenous Resin

This topic contain a TEK

Rising Star
I came across some indigenous people in the Jungles of South America who serve this DMT. It is smoked and very potent, intense, and yet very gentle drop in, no blast off you stay very present. The experience is definitely different, feels like a gentle ayahuasca more inward spirituality vs outward experience. This definitely does not look like free base dmt as it is not crystal-like. They smoke it out of machine pipes. Wondering if anyone has any insights or ideas into how this might me made. I know they use A/B tek for sure, but not sure how they get it to look like the golden resin. Any insights into this? Has anyone ever seen this?

Sounds pretty interesting!

I can’t remember where, but I have read some tribes boil chacruna tea down to a paste to snuff/smoke. No idea really what you might have there. You could try to find out which plants they might have access to in the region that contain DMT and at least that narrows it down a bit.

It’s a mimosa tree, they call it Mayan Ayahuasca and smoke it. Once smoked it looks like a brown syrup in the pipe. The closest tek I’ve seen that looks like it is the freebase conversion here (the final picture) but wondering is the conversion still smokable after the freebase conversion, unfamiliar with the process.

This one got buried a bit!

Do you have any pics of the pipes? You mean literally like the so-called 'Machine'?

There are loads of ways of extracting from mimosa, but I'm more wondering how they ended up with the bits of semi-arid plant in the rainforest.

Yeah it was like a standard glass pipe with aluminum mesh in it that you smoke. It’s not completely remote indigenous tribe but more or so secluded forest with semi modern living conditions

It looks like normally extracted waxy freebase pressed into blocks.
I’m going to try making it myself, I haven’t tried yet, but I feel like all the versions extracted that I’ve seen photos of thus far look more crystalline. Is there a certain extraction way that makes it waxy?

Waxy product has been reported under certain circumstances - maybe rapid evaporation of crude extracts, especially if there was excess base and/or prolonged contact time with the base. Also, higher extraction temperatures.
