That should be stickied. That was an incredibly well written procedure which has sparked the motivation to try another Harmalas extraction as my first try failed.

Thanx Lampeye & Metta-Morpheus, you can skip all the filtering if you cheese cloth bag the seed and pressure cooker it with a similar amount of water.


But check out the rhodiola rosea as a MAOI that works a treat with no diet restrictions.
