(a pity there's not a quick questions topic, for such little things)

Hey guys. I was wondering, since I've read both opinions, that in the reduction phase the liquid gathered from the other 3 acid extraction can be boiling without loss of Spice, I guess because it is forming a salt (although SWIM didn't use vinegar, but muriatic acid).

Can you confirm that? Can I boil hot hot without losing?

Just as a personal thing, I never boil hot hot, I dont even boil more than a small simmer. Though it has been proven that spice does not melt at >100c, I still feel being on the safe side is better.
