boosting levels

Does anyone have experience / tips about boosting spice levels in various plant sources other than phalaris. Like say Desmanthus ? Has anyone noticed any variation in yields if harvested around full moon ? Extraction of dry material versus wet material ? etc...

best way to do it is with a watched compound... tryptamine hydrochloride.

of course, you could also experiment with administering tryptophan (in water) to the plant.
