What I wonder is who would think that ordinary cleaning solvents, drain cleaner, and brick cleaner (optional) would look SO out of place in a boiler room that they immediately call 911?
The most that would get from me would be 'okay, what dumbass put cleaners 4 feet from the boiler?'
And what tek did that reporter read that requires naphtha to be boiled over an open flame?
I liked the bit about DMT causing horrific side effects like... stomach discomfort :lol:

What an unbelievable feat of stupidity from VICE...The man whose lab this is obviously has good intentions, but that kind of publicity is extremely dangerous...Currently this video has under 300,000 views, but it would only take one big scandal that the media connects to DMT and this viewcount will skyrocket into the millions...sadly I believe it's only a matter of time before DMT gets entirely stigmatized by the public as something horrific that nobody should ever do, much like what Tim Leary's openness about LSD caused to the image of this beautiful substance in the eyes of the uneducated and ignorant. A sad story indeed.

It is always better to not believe the details described in such published stories. It is very likely that it happened differently, but police does not want to uncover the real procedure or approach which they are using to find such labs. It is not only about secrecy, but probably due to questionable legality of their operations. This is definitely a case here in my country in east europe.
Btw. is it really such big market for DMT in US? here only very limited group of people knows anything about it.

The police are probabbly the last people who follow the law scrictly, they are using F.L.I.R cameras without permission on daily basis, entering houses without warrant (knock and talk), questioning without reading rights first, using anabolic steroids..etc. In the US there is big market for everything including DMT. Usa is the biggest consumer of physical goods all over the planet i think.
