Caapi dosage for full MAO inhibition?

This is slightly off-topic, but do you know how that would compare to smoking some amount of caapi leaf prior to vaporized dmt? SWIM likes to smoke a bowl of the leaf prior to dmt on occasion and wonders about the similarity. He is going to be trying microdoses of aya (~5g vine) prior to vaped dmt sometime in the near future as well...

Haha. I bet you won't believe me.

But I drank about 75 grams vine -- don't know for sure, shot for 100 but fucked up the extraction and lost maybe a quarter of the actives -- and about 6 grams Mimosa, and it was actually... what I expected. And wanted. As far as expectations go with this sort of thing, anyway.

Almost. I drank after having been awake for many hours, and I was TIRED, and I know there was a huge untapped potential for the ALERT mind to explore. I need to do this first thing in the morning after a good ten, eleven hour nap.
 
Also, fear not for my sense of caution.

I drank slowly, starting with conservative dosages, and intuiting their effect, and then moving on to larger dosages.

5g vine brew is enhancing smoked spice journey for me too. Tested many times. Seems to give experience more ritual nature and visions are more 'stable'. Like blue temple, sun or totem god visions and such. Stable and remembered after. In afterglow, floating sensations towards ceiling experienced often too. Afterglow gain more dreamy quality.
