Caapi Extract tek ..leaves instead of vine ok???

Hey gust,

Trying the Easy Carpi Vine Alkaloid Extraction guide, but using leaves instead of the vine.. this should work just the same right?

I've done the boils and haven't based it yet.. I have a liquid that looks like a latte (opaque milky cafe color) .. will this separate and clear up once the NaOH is added?

Anyway, guess main question was if using leaves vs vine was ok?... thanks guys

i see no reason why the leaves wouldn't work, though would probably need a larger amount to extract than you would with vine.
