I was leaning toward it, the egg white. That should be and interesting experiment for me.
I've read int helps with the both end purging

it helps hugely with the purge and nausea. its pretty straight forward so dont sweat it.

when during the reducing period should I add the egg white?

i dont think that totally matters but i add the egg when its about 3-4 cups.
