Changa: Caapi Vine of caapi vine extract

Please help with the following query

I see most people use caapi leaf 10X for their changa blends. However I am unable to get the leaf in my country. I can only get the vine.

Planning on making Palmers original changa recipe. Do I use the finely shredded caapi vine directly or would an extraction be better?

In case of extraction i would use Pictorial Guide to Caapi Vine Alkaloid Extraction for extracting alkaloids.

After following this extraction, how much of this extracted alkaloids shall i use in my Changa blend? My math aint mathing confidently.

Please help :)
