I have heard that people have been able to grapht peyote to san pedro, peruvian torches onto san pedros, and many cacti onto each other.

So I went to home depot a month ago and bought one of those generic home depot no-name cactus and I was wondering if one could grapht a young unrooted san pedro pup to the non-psychedelic cactus and yield a successful grapht. If so, should I grapht to the top of it or the side and does it matter if I grapht on a full moon or not (when graphting mango branches, it only works well when graphted on the day when a full moon will occur, which is why I ask).

My cacti looks kind of like this one:
But with the body texture of this one

I've never seen one like it, it kind of has this double color rib pattern with each alternating rib a lighter color of green. The spines are 1 inch long, grey and very straight. My cactus is currently about 6 inches tall.
