Calea zacatechichi

Has anybody used this? Can anyone report dosage or effects? I've been interested in dream herbs for sometime lately, thoug I don't know why. I have never had a lucid dream and I never remember my dreams so I want to give this stuff a shot.

It's very bitter, and I mean it. I guess it would be best to purchase some extract. I've read that one should drinkt the tea AND smoke it in the same session. I've got only experience with the tea. Tastes awful and does nothing for me. But it could have been the dosage because it's hard to down it.

A lucid dream is interesting. I think you'll like it.
