Can I use a glasscontainer thats only 1,5 liter?

In the extraction recipe I have, it says I have to use a 3 litre container and then 200g mimosa, 200g sodium hydroxide and 300ml nafta, can I use a 1,5 litle container instead, and just half all the things on the recipe? I cannot get hold on a bigger glass container, have looked everywhere...

Yes you can adjust the amounts either up or down to use either a larger or smaller container. I started with 1 litre containers and just got my hands on a couple of 5 litre ones

You can usually find 4 Litre pickle jars or hot pepper jars at bigger grocery stores. Hope you like pickles!
