Mushrooms grow in India, as does Syrian rue. Combining the two creates a potent mix that is a whole medicine in itself.
Other than that, no one is going to do your work for you. Finding the plants is half the journey toward getting your DMT.
You don't make it, by the way, but extract it instead. If you plan to make DMT, I advise you to study chemistry
I understand, but since most of us don't live in India, most of us don't know what's available there. And talk of sources (other than live plants or seeds) is not allowed.
I recommend you use Wikipedia or iNaturalist to see if some of the DMT containing plants (that you can find in the Nexus Wiki) grow in your area.

You can get the stuff to do it, the way bark is marketed is different to a lot of other places so need to be more careful to not get inferior stuff. You need root bark not the tree bark. Naphtha and lye should be easy to find. You'll notice the price difference between the root bark and tree bark. Try get it imported and not from other Indian suppliers.
