Yes, tolerance can develop with medical cannabis especially when THC is used regularly.

Over time, the body may become less sensitive to the same dose so the effects may feel weaker. This does not happen at the same speed for everyone and can depend on dose, frequency of use, product strength, and individual body response. If tolerance becomes a concern a healthcare professional may suggest adjusting the dose, changing the product, or taking a short break rather than simply using more.

Please, make more substantial posts. This doesn't deserve its own thread or even to be mentioned at all. It would if it went into some detail about tolerance or provided something beyond an extremely basic fact about cannabis (medical or otherwise).

A post stating basic facts may still be worth it if it's a substantial piece introducing some topic to beginners. This is not the case here. See a good example here: All About Aya <3

Please, refrain from continuing this posting pattern. If you do want to keep posting about weed basics, it needs to be something more comprehensive and useful than "weed causes tolerance".

He was already warned and indicated an understanding that posting like this was not okay. I'm assuming he never checked with the moderators.

I talked to him about promotion and the need for anonymity, and so far he did comply with that.

There's a chance I didn't explain myself properly before about these kind of posts not being welcome. Now I think I've been quite explicit so the next step if this pattern continues will be a temporary ban.

@redbird thanks for offering your perspective as it's always helpful to know how others perceive these issues. Balancing between heavy handedness and excessive leniency is not always easy.
