Can you find answers to personal problems in HyperSpace?

Can you find answers in HyperSpace to recurring thoughts?

I once fell in love with a girl. Maybe it was an obsession. We never had the chance to talk and discuss but I felt like we were similar in heart and somehow connected. I was thinking about her almost all the time, but I did not have the courage to approach her in a proper manner and at the end she refused to communicate. It is like her heart was locked off. It took me almost 5 years to get used to it and remove her from my mind. I thought I was over with it and was free for 4-5 years. But right now, I am at the stage of changing my job, have problems with my parents and she came to my mind again. I miss her and care for her again. Even though my reasoning says she is not suitable for me anymore I want to soothe her and soothe myself.

I don't think this is eternal love, but a reflection from my subconcious mind. These thoughts and emotions can be tiring and very distracting. I want to develop and advance in life, win by making others win. Why is it so difficult for me to approach her, why am I so obsedded with her, why do I not let it go?

Can I find answers to these in DMT world and solve it permanently?

I feel like in our western society, we develop a sort of attachment insecurity supersensitivity, and that diversified high quality relationships are useful to diffuse this super high stakes & extremely polar attachment dynamic inherent to the structure of civilized life, and ingrained in our memory. We are evolutionary animals and benefit from the somatic appraisal of community presence and messing with these deeply rooted environmental variables can really stir up the emotional compass.

On a different note, I feel like honesty could also be helpful. For instance:
Voidmarix spoke of a situation in which a real honest talk (it seems) was able to really help out the situation, which otherwise seemed to be at an emotional impasse. At such an emotional impasse perhaps you feel there are tremendous energies which you are not allowed to express, however it is precisely in truly expressing these - there with the person, embodied and all- that they can be transformed, said energy can be released, and life can move on. I feel like an act of honest and transparent expression (& better, dialogue) is very powerful.

I also feel like a radical take on competence might be able to help you transcend some of the attachment needs. Especially those having to do with physical security and/or wisdom. If I get sucked into projecting parental attachments onto people, it’s usually because they are that for me in some way. They make me feel physically safe, or they are wise. Perhaps it’s a wonderful attachment to have, like the presence of a luminous flame in your life, but you also have great capacity yourself to generate these elements and I don’t think that should be underrated. If you did not have the presence of these things growing up, and perhaps still don’t, then it can be helpful to at least cultivate them in yourself. I noticed that when I started doing boxing, even though I still can’t defend myself worth anything lol, it really had a profound subconscious emotional impact on me, and my sleep actually greatly improved. I stopped having certain types of dreams which were keeping me awake at night. Just one example.

I promise this is my last thought and it is about just, raw beauty.
If you see a soulmate or whatever you might think they are incredibly beautiful in every way: WOW, they are THE ONE. Its “WOW” from the first moment and every moment thereafter as well. Where else in your life have you ever found beauty like that?? Beauty with a voice that can touch your soul.
If you are overwhelmed by the beauty of the person, and they occupy a great portion of your mind heart and soul in that way, then *perhaps* the expansive beauties entheogens can facilitate the exploration of, can help you fill the soul with a bit more of that
beauty

I wish you the best! I know this topic is already a few months old but i wanted to reply!

These are just some of my thoughts…

I think unresolved energy can loop the mind. It sounds like you wanted connection or validation and now that energy remains in your mind. If you hang onto a moving car you will be dragged down the road., let go of the car. If you have a pebble in your shoe, remove it. You don't need psychedelics for this. Gratitude for your encounter will soothe.

I'd say no on this one.
The funny thing about taking psychedelics to address a specific target issue is that it rarely ever works out that way. What exists on the unconscious level is not what exists on the conscious and so while we can prepare ourselves consciously for a trip, it's what exists below that is revealed.

I think you have to be prepared to learn something transformational from psychedelics especially DMT. You don't prepare by simply thinking of a topic and then going for it. It's a process of manifestation that takes months and even years to become engrained in your psyche deep enough that it becomes the default pathway that you go to. And so what that means, to me anyway, is moving on. Moving on so much that you've done most of the work to learn from your experience in this relationship and obtained so much insight by doing this work and changed as a person so much that when you end up taking DMT, its like what you gleaned from the experience was what you always knew anyway.

In other words, you have to be ready for the experience. Even though psychedelics feel mystical and magical and almost like they create experiences by themselves, they just open up doors to rooms that already exist within you. They are just showing you what is already there. If what exists is already there, you've already created it. You're not coming to a new place but somewhere you've already been before.

I always recommend going there beforehand and that means going there with your feet on solid ground. It won't mean half as much if anything at all if you go there on a powerful psychedelic if you have no way of mapping the territory to what is already known. I also think this is why psychedelics can be a hindrance because people tend to think they can create maps from psychedelic experiences alone but it's really what you experience before and after that matters the most. It's what you already know and what potential exists because of that progress to know what you know today. I think that's why some of the greatest visionaries and pioneers had some of the most transformational experiences on psychedelics - they were already there before they went up into hyperspace. They just needed a hand getting off the ground.
That's what the science says too. The most important periods are before and after. If that's true, that's where most of the work is! Your imagination is key, your potential is another, your ability to solve problems and reinvent yourself, to see this problem from different perspectives and most importantly, your ability to change. You can't make a great painter from any person you pick off the street. There has to be something within that person you pick already whether latent or not it still exists.

It sucks sometimes to think like this because the answers in a far flung dimension sound really attractive! We are the answers we are seeking. We don't need to take psychedelics to find this out. They should be used when we've reached high enough to need a boost into orbit to compliment what we've already achieved, not to take shortcuts!
