Sorry Nathanial i didnt notice that you had asked a question .
I got a 200 liter rain tank and threw loads of sugar into it , then yeast from the supermaket for makeing bread ......... then loads of cannabis ......... and filled it up with water . Then when i thought that it wasnt brewing anymore i put loads of stems and sticks from the buds into it = i sieve my grass before smokeing it and all the rest went into the wine . Then later i filtered it and bottled it . It was very acidic and sweet . To acidic and sweet but drinkable . A glasss full was enough for most people to have a nice evening and a nice nights sleep . The high was very clear , relaxed and warm .
The alcohol content gets up to about 18 - 20 % and the sugar help to extract the goods to .
The idea came from a publication from the 80s or 90s . Then i remembered the green jamaican rum people i knew brought back from jamaica in the 70s and 80s and couldnt resist trying to make wine .
The grass wasnt decarboxylated first . Maybe the time and the brewing did it ? Maybe at least a part of the acidity was THC acids ?
In a lot of things i do i dont measure things . Part of my life is an experiment to try to see how far intuition goes = I try to use it in situations like this instead of measuring and planning ....... i just do it . BUT only with things that dont realy matter .
