Centrifuge cleanup of DMT solvent pull?

I just noticed something looking at precipitation dish in light ...
It appears that a tight formation of crystals were trying to start but couldent quite make it..


If you look close!! from this recent centrafuge extraction...
...possibly under zoom... if zoom doesnt blur out the pictures... little shadows of the beginning of crystals that didnt make it...
Had the crystals developed the dish would have been very dense with crystals... instead of the sparce scattering of crystals here..
Maybe my freezer wasnt cold enough ..or may be i needed to wait another day/?
observe pictures...does it take more than 18 hours to get all the crystals?

yes ....after looking on my screen i can easily make out crystals and....a very dense formation of ...[where crystals started] ...but after 18 hours in freezer i pulled the dish out...had i been more patient..and waited another 17 hours there may have been a dense white snow blanketing the freezer dish? everything was clean white and developing crystals....
I think i blew it...by removing the dish out of the freezer too early at only 18 hours?

It could just be limited by the amount of DMT in solution. If it's all crystallised, that's largely where it stops.

here is 2 tubes of boiled crushed rue seed ....[2 grams]....in acidified distilled water....
first 4 pictures are first run spin... 12mg tubes last 4 pictures are after 2nd spin...

Using only 2 grams of rue seed i boiled the crushed seed in acidic water ....[ using distilled water and white vinegar]....you can see how clean the liquid looks in photos above after spinning the boiled out liquid in the.... swinging bucket.... centrafuge atleast 10 minutes...

now i reduced the liquid further by boiling it till it thickened in bottom of stainless pan...then... removed from heat and let it further dry in bottom of pan and after couple days the rue extract became very thick kike a tar... that was easily scraped up with razor blade..
Touching the extracted full spectrum rue to toung.... was very bitter!.... ...and it was easy to roll between your fingers into a ball of any size for dosing...
rue is used by ones that dont like the cannon blast take off that straight dmt causes...a little rue... can smooth out the trip ...and extend the trip time somewhat alowing for better navigation and recall of the experiance!


The total amount of seed used was only two grams... and concidering the safe dosage of rue seed is..... [3 to 4 grams max].... ..preferabily [3 grams or less] .... are tolerated by most people to consume with their dmt .... to slow and mellow out the intensly fast acting nature of the DMT trip...

This extracted rue had a smell that was somewhat pleasant!.... but on the toung it was very bitter...

............This rue can be further processed into a harmalla extract for a little more purity..if desired.........

pictures below... show the full spectrum rue.... after extraction into acidic water..... then water reduced almost compleatly leaving a thick glue like material that is somewhat concintrated and very effective!.... especially if used sublingually under toung ...say before smoking dmt ..or oral dmt...

Its concintrated ....but i know its safe because from beginning.... i only used 2 grams of seed .... before the acid boil... example..... many people have made... rue tea.... from more than 2 grams of seed.... [three and four grams of seed].... and got the effects with the dmt they wanted ...and were safe.... but the tea..... tastes like .... satans arm pits!

Any dosage of rue seed above 3 to 4 grams ... [please correct me if im wrong]....one may experiance halucinations and feel ..... somewhat under the table and nauseous for a while....
personally i concider the max dosage to be 2 grams ...for me].....i never feel anything bad.... just a little more relaxed.....although many dont need that much for safe effects....

It was somewhat incapacitating in some instances, and can have rather an overwhelming visionary effect that's best experienced somewhere safe and secure. Being out in public could get quite taxing to deal with.

Did you make rue tea concentrates without centrifugation before? If so, how did the flavour compare? I suppose a major advantage of centrifugation is the time saved on settling out the sediment.

Im squeezing more dmt out of the centrifuged soup this past week.....by removing extraction dish from freezer every day pouring out the clear napatha in a jar and putting more napatha pulled from the soup back in the freezer dish once a day and am getting more crystal clear crystals...
for the rue/...i only used 2 grams of rue seed...
i boiled down the rue extract... and reduced the acid water untill it was thick in bottom of pan.....then let the rest air dry..has a nice smell ..but im shure its potent...
yes i have made rue tea in past and the tea tastes like satans dirty socks smell...
the rue in the photos is so easy to handle ..easy to weigh and put in capsules...
i wonder what i would get from boiled and extracted...centrifuged ... bundel flower?

This time im using the centrifuge a little different way..Instead of boiling actives out bark from Hawaii in acidic water....im using ....mimosa hostillis bark.... from somewhere in south america...and using high proof ethanol to extract with..
I believe mimosa bark has.... way less plant fats in it ....compaired to the island veriety...
Im also N OT...using acidified water or boiling.......im using ....everclear alcohol/...to extract from the bark ... and again i only powdered up a [SMALL] amount of bark as a minor test..

The 190 proof grain alcohol apeared to extract from the bark very fast...it pulled the actives out of the mimosa bark within 15 to 25 minutes of soaking and stirring... ZOOM PICTURE....LOOK CLOSE at the bark it looks like peices of bare wood.... its been stripped quickly.... and compleatly..... by high proof methanol !
Im now evaporating the pulled methanol

Sorry, do you mean methanol, or ethanol, the latter of which is what grain alcohol consists of?

I'd keep the lid shut when the centrifuge is running if I was you, seriously.

Thanks for heads up//...I meant ethanol.... ill correct it... I didnt open the lid when it was running full speed ...i stoped it the took a picture of it starting up it was no where near its full speed...

The stuff is easy to handel has no smell could be crushed into fine powder easily....a fan would easily blow the particles out of the dish ..tilt the dish and it moves like sand...
The bark... [APPEARS]... to be compleatly stripped of its alcaloids...

After the ..everclear ethanol extraction..... of a small amount of ground up mimosa bark.... i let this mass in the dish sit all night till morning... and when touched with finger it feels like slick hard plastic that is still in the process of hardening even further ...it is a hard glaze ..hard and smooth with no stickyness at all when touched.
If you zoom photo.... it appears like a dense formation of trapped crystals......[.IF??? these crystals are dmt]......[maybe this process pulled even more dmt than the normal boiling method?]] .. the dmt the crystals appeare much more dense than should be in .....30....or 40 mgs of mimosa bark...i think?
Its probibly not dmt.....but its posible?
But i didnt extract this small amount of bark the usual way....i just ground up the very dry looking mimosa as fine as possible..[as you can see in photos above [the ethanol soak]..... compleatly leached out bark schreads and finer particles...[the bark particles looked bare and compleatly spent.... [check photos above]... by the everclear extraction...

The crystals are probably either tannin or salts. I'd suggest removing the tannin from the everclear tincture with powdered lime, although export strength vodka (40% ABV, "80° proof") has been found to be optimal for that. The tannin resolubilises in higher alcohol concentrations.

Perhaps you could redissolve your resin in aqueous alcohol of the appropriate strength if you fancy giving this a try.

The centrifuge will prove very useful in tannin removal with this method.

going back to the proven method....using over 100 grams of bark peices......i ground up... the bark...then ...../acid boil..../ strain large bark peices from soup/.... base soup....then add napatha layer.to soup........shake and let layers seperate.... ....then...to get the molecule out of soup...shake bottle hard several times then submerge bottle in hot water bath atleast 4 times at 15 minute boils each time. .... .....then remove and shake bottle again each time after each bath...
After .....[waiting long enough]..... for full sepeation of soup and napatha...pipette out the napatha put in clean bottle...

If you want to defat the pull...mix 50/50 napatha pull and 50 percent acidic water...then shake contents untill the acidic water seperates from the napatha,,,there will be a layer of plant fats and other impuritys between the two layers...
The acidic water now contains the dmt ...and water containg the dmt should be under the layer of napatha.......either pipette out the acidic water or.... for easier way.... put the mix in a seperator funnel ....then to the ac
let the acidic water containing dmt salt...out of bottom of funnel into clean container...
then add some lye to the acidic water ...you then may see ...dmt breaking out on the surface of the water..
Then add fresh napatha to the water let dmt migrate into the napatha.....
This method should give you ....clean white crystals...after you evaporate...or preferibly freeze percipitate the napatha...
[dont forget to reduce the napatha before putting into freezer for better crystal percipitation...

the crystals look dense ......but some look like they are just starting because the havent bloomed yet..?

No i didnt centrifuge the napatha pull....i only tryed cleaning up the soup......But thats a good Idea! Ill have to try that thanks....

Im using more than a hundred grams of .....Hawaiian.... bark this time...but a lot of my bark is finer peices some of its almost like dirt crumbeled up the way it is....

I believe bark quality has an effect on the crystal pulls...but is bark quality as good in smaller chunks all broken up?
