It could just be limited by the amount of DMT in solution. If it's all crystallised, that's largely where it stops.I just noticed something looking at precipitation dish in light ...
It appears that a tight formation of crystals were trying to start but couldent quite make it..
If you look close ...possibly under zoom... if zoom doesnt blur out the pictures... little shadows of the beginning of crystals that didnt make it...
Had the crystals developed the dish would have been very dense with crystals... instead of the sparce scattering of crystals here..
Maybe my freezer wasnt cold enough ..or may be i needed to wait another day/?

Using only 2 grams of rue seed i boiled the crushed seed in acidic water ....[ using distilled water and white vinegar]....you can see how clean the liquid looks in photos above after spinning the boiled out liquid in the.... swinging bucket.... centrafuge atleast 10 minutes...here is 2 tubes of boiled crushed rue seed ....[2 grams]....in acidified distilled water....

My ceiling amount is around 2.8 grams of really good seed, although I have taken more on occasion, sometimes by accident. It was somewhat incapacitating in some instances, and can have rather an overwhelming visionary effect that's best experienced somewhere safe and secure. Being out in public could get quite taxing to deal with.yes..im still finding uses for my centrifuge..It really does save time.....too true!

Did you make rue tea concentrates without centrifugation before? If so, how did the flavour compare? I suppose a major advantage of centrifugation is the time saved on settling out the sediment.

Now here is a different test using the centrifuge..a little different way...yes..im still finding uses for my centrifuge..It really does save time.....
Im squeezing more dmt out of the centrifuged soup this past week.....by removing extraction dish from freezer every day pouring out the clear napatha in a jar and putting more napatha pulled from the soup back in the freezer dish once a day and am getting more crystal clear crystals...
for the rue/...i only used 2 grams of rue seed...
i boiled down the rue extract... and reduced the acid water untill it was thick in bottom of pan.....then let the rest air dry..has a nice smell ..but im shure its potent...
yes i have made rue tea in past and the tea tastes like satans dirty socks smell...
the rue in the photos is so easy to handle ..easy to weigh and put in capsules...
i wonder what i would get from boiled and extracted...centrifuged ... bundel flower?

Sorry, do you mean methanol, or ethanol, the latter of which is what grain alcohol consists of?The 190 proof grain alcohol apeared to extract from the bark very fast...it pulled the actives out of the mimosa bark within 15 to 25 minutes of soaking and stirring... ZOOM PICTURE....LOOK CLOSE at the bark it looks like peices of bare wood.... its been stripped quickly.... and compleatly..... by high proof methanol !
Im now evaporating the pulled methanol

I'd keep the lid shut when the centrifuge is running if I was you, seriously.

Here are pictures below... of the evaporating ethanol...extraction is getting thick in dish under computer fan...im seeing these strange little white specks...
After the ..everclear ethanol extraction..... of a small amount of ground up mimosa bark.... i let this mass in the dish sit all night till morning... and when touched with finger it feels like slick hard plastic that is still in the process of hardening even further ...it is a hard glaze ..hard and smooth with no stickyness at all when touched.Here are more pictures of the red liquid taken from the mimosa bark...
Concidering i pulled the liquid with high proof everclear...after evaporating the redish liquid i was surprised at the results...!
Expecting atleast some plant fats it came out super dry! thin still red in color...
I pushed on the dryed extract with my finger and it crumbled into little sparkily peices...almost like very thin red glass! ....[and it lifted cleanly from the clear dish]
It has ....no smell.... now that the ethanol is evaporated compleatly its red and sparkles....and its ....very bitter!... on my tounge...
The stuff is easy to handel has no smell could be crushed into fine powder easily....a fan would easily blow the particles out of the dish ..tilt the dish and it moves like sand...
The bark... [APPEARS]... to be compleatly stripped of its alcaloids...

after ethanol compleatly evaporated.. after sitting overnight...it shrunk some ..is very shiny...light flakes that glitter in the light.....I think the dmt is in it because the bark particles look wood colored and leached of its contents
the sparkily red stuff looks similar to a past extraction i did with everclear on un crushed rue seeds...after drying there was sparkily red flakes that glitered in the light?
these photos are the results of pulling with grain alcohol [and evaporating the everclear]... from mimosa bark extract.... can i just use some different solvent.or solvents to extract dmt from this stuff?
going back to the proven method....using over 100 grams of bark peices......i ground up... the bark...then ...../acid boil..../ strain large bark peices from soup/.... base soup....then add napatha layer.to soup........shake and let layers seperate.... ....then...to get the molecule out of soup...shake bottle hard several times then submerge bottle in hot water bath atleast 4 times at 15 minute boils each time. .... .....then remove and shake bottle again each time after each bath...The crystals are probably either tannin or salts. I'd suggest removing the tannin from the everclear tincture with powdered lime, although export strength vodka (40% ABV, "80° proof") has been found to be optimal for that. The tannin resolubilises in higher alcohol concentrations.
Perhaps you could redissolve your resin in aqueous alcohol of the appropriate strength if you fancy giving this a try.
The centrifuge will prove very useful in tannin removal with this method.

No i didnt centrifuge the napatha pull....i only tryed cleaning up the soup......But thats a good Idea! Ill have to try thatYes, that A/B cycle out of the naphtha pulls and back into fresh naphtha does really help to clean things up, probably by breaking up polymers in the case of MHRB, and by separating the alkaloid fraction from lipophilic/'fatty' substances in the case of various acacia materials.
