So I didn't do any drought stress nor harvest early morning or late afternoon which is known to be higher content.
This plant was very slow to grow the first year but has since picked up growth rate. Defat 16g dried with hexane then left in lye solution for a week. Pulled with excess hexane and salted. Washed to remove excess salt used and weighted after dried. 40mg dmt freebase content from 16g dried isn't a great yield however would make a strong tea with caapi.
The growth rate far surpasses my psychotria despite being slow the first few months in my care. This is considered very hard to propagate from all accounts I've heard. Hopefully the content picks up with more age but the growth speed is fairly nice.
