Fever .. shivers...headache...

Those sound ...flue like..[could be the regular flu?....Have you had any covid shots/?..or regular flu shots?

Do you wear a protective face mask when ever around a lot of people indoors or in a car?..or do you go without a mask/?

Concidering there is still a covid pandemic going on ..[an air born or contact virus...

play it safe...i would stop smoking for a while.. and get check up...

there shouldent be anything in changa to cause those symptoms ..if there was anything.. [viral]..on the changa herbs .[unless your touching herbs and rubbing your eyes or nose]....it should get destroyed by flame... if you are combusting it..that is..

just the same ..[temporarily stopping smoking] gives your respratory system a chance to fight back against any atacking flue or virus...

Sounds like an allergic reaction. It is possible to be allergic to one of the herbs in the Changa you smoked. If you never had this reaction from freebase, my bet would be on one of the herbs causing the reaction. Maybe consider an allergy test.
