Choosing vaporizing device

Soon I will proceed with another extraction process (that I almost do well I think), and I was wondering about a good smoking device. The other times I vaped the dmt with a vaporizer like this

that works by convection and it provided some of the best experiences of my life, but it did'nt always work, and it was a bit too much large (but a lot safe). I wasted really A LOT of spice trying different methods but none worked the way I was hoping to.
Now I don't want to lose anything nor to inhale disgusting smokes or vapors. So I was thinking which is the best:
A classic wood VaporGenie?

A VapBong? (this

A Vaporstar (this

Or just another digital vaporizer like the first that I had?
And for the vaporizers I described is better a torch lighter than a normal lighter, right?

its gotta be the GVG if your gonna spend some cash, best purchase i ever made.

failing that i would go for the wooden VG.

thanx 3rdI, yes the problem with the gvg is that it costs a bit more. surely it will be buyed the next year but I found the wood VG for a really good price with free shipping, so if you tell me it's not a waste of money I think I will go with that. Do you think it's better to use a torch lighter?

yes mate, a torch is epically efficiant, some get good results with a bic but i love my torch. Remember to get a good one though as cheap ones tend to mis-fire and stop at the worst times.

GVG is expensive but so is this

vinegar i have to second 3rdIs suggestion about the GVG. It's a rock solid winner. yes, it's a little expensive, but if you take care of it it will last you for yearrrrrrrrrrrs... and it's quite possibly the best thing I've ever smoked cannabis, dmt or changa through...

Hi paulsage thanx for your recommendations! I will surely get a GVG sooner or later, but because of the money and because of the difficulty of finding it in Europe (the classic VG is easy to find) I must postpone the purchase
So for now I am looking for a decent device that gets the job done

For the cannabis even the digital vaporizing device I owned (the first I posted, more or less) worked really really well, but for DMT... three or four times it propelled me into the LAST and the FIRST place of everything.. the most beautiful experiences I've ever had.. but many other times.. it didn't do almost nothing

yes, it's not recommended to use a torch lighter, but people do. I don't know about the specifics concerning using a torch w/ the classic VG, just the glass one. I can tell you that you don't need one for smoking cannabis, a standard bic lighter does just fine.

If you're willing to spend some $$, then definitely go with the GVG, soooo awesome! Little bit of a learning curve in regards to how much heat to use to get a good hit, but once you got it, you got it I'm pretty new to it, but absolutely love it. Otherwise I would recommend making "The Machine". Its SUPER cheap to make, and easy, and consistently gave me a breakthrough, once I figured out the best way to "charge" it, and vape with it. You can find instructions on how to make it here on the Nexus. Either one will give you consistent breakthroughs once you know how to use them, but the GVG is the way to go once you feel like spending the cash.

So kind people here on the Nexus The problem for the GVG, for now, is not only the price of the device... but the fact that ordering from USA to Europe can be a pain in the ass I was thinking about the classic VG not just for the really cheaper price, but also because I could order it from UK for a little more than 40€...
But I didn't consider the Machine! I looked that post many times along these month of stealthy "nexianism" Maybe I could give it a try

I have both the VG and GVG

The VG allows for more airflow, but is harder to clean, and obviously you can't see the vapor thru the wood, like you can with the GVG.

Other than those differences..........

The Wooden VG works great!

I like the difference that allows for more airflow with the wooden VG.........easier to get it all at once...........

Personally, i would not use the VG or GVG for anything other than spice, as it taints the flavor and harshness if you use it for a general purpose smoking device......

If used just for pure spice from the start, it is cool vapor, and hardly noticeable when inhaled.

theres a thread some where about modifying the wooden VG with a clear tube so you can see the vapour flow, it looked quite effective.

yes I saw that post. I guess seeing the smoke forming is very helpful.. but i'm not very good in carpentry :lol:

I lost spice using rubbish vapes, a gvg is best but I would suggest making dmt enhanced leaf and using a normal glass bong..
Or any bong/pipe as you burn rather than vaping, its very easy to make and even easier to smoke :d

Use a torch lighter and hit it until you can't hold the bong anymore

Definitely GVG is the best option...I have two,one for MJ and one for Spice. Butane ligther is best for MJ and torch ones are better for DMT vap...Cheers!!
