I'm following Q21's tek (yay for food-safeness), which says to use vinegar, but vinegar really smells. I don't want my home smelling of vinegar, and I don't want my result smelling like vinegar. It makes my roommate puke, but I love the smell.
Would citric or phosphoric acid work just as well? If so, which would work better?
