The majority of people writing reports regarding DMT experiences seem to have one thing in common; They close their eyes when they are finished administrating the dose.
I find this part particurarly interesting, even more so than the "awesome" effects that the person experiences. The reason is as to why people tend to close their eyes?
Do they need to do so in order to experience strong visualisation?
If YOU do this, or have thoughts about it, please share!
Personally I do not close my eyes, atleast not voluntarily. The reason to it is that I enjoy the "scenery collapse", how things suddenly and profoundly change right before my eyes and how the reality in a matter of seconds just melts like a stearin candle.
When I close my eyes, this does not happen, instead I'm instantly in another world and therefore I prefer to let the OEV's "bleed" over, in time making them inseparable from the CEV's. Finally I don't know if my eyes are open or not, what is eyes anyway?
If the dosage is high enough, your eyes are truly disposable.. and so are the eyelids
