It's normal it will cloud up as it cools, that's what happens with the solubility diminishing and the solvent not being able to hold the substance dissolved anymore. Next step is that it starts crystallizing.
The point is to dissolve the crystals back into the naphtha with a little heat and separating it from the gunk left over. The impurities should fall to the bottom. In Re-Xing, crystals shouldn't settle at all, instead, they should redissolve back into the naphtha. Once separated from the gunk, put them back in the freezer to precipitate.
